Market remained positive after showing some volatility. Nifty ended at 5478.55 with 22.55 points rise and Sensex rose 61.55 points and ended at 18263.75
Among BSE Sectoral Indices, Oil&Gas Index rose the most with 1.85% whereas Capital Goods Index was the top loser by 1.75% decline.
In Nifty50 stocks, Reliance Capital was the top gainer with 8.22% rise and ended at 477.80 and JPAssociat was the top loser with 3.31% and ended at 84.65.
SBIN was the turnover topper by traded value and Unitech was the most traded stock on NSE today.
Advance/Decline Ratio was positive as 745 stocks gained and 632 stocks declined today on NSE.
