Market opened flat and very lack luster upto last session. Market declined in last half an hour as Govt. stated that India's growth rate would be at 8.6% vs 8% recorded last year. Nifty ended at 5406.10 with 10.35 points of gain and Sensex gained 68.15 points and ended at 18076.30
In Nifty50 stocks, Suzlon was the top gainer to end at 50 with a 4.06% rise. PNB was the top loser with 3.59% decline and ended at 1021.25
SBIN was the turnover topper stock by the traded value whereas Shreeashta was the most traded stock by the traded quantity on NSE today.
Advance/Decline ratio was negative as 455 stocks gained and 926 stocks declined today on NSE.
