Indian stock market made history today.Samvat 2067 started with an all time high closing in the Nifty50, the Index of the Nation ended at all time high at 6307.75 but yet to cross its highest level of 6357.10 recorded on 8th Jan,2010. Previous highest closing for Nifty was 6287.85 for the same day.
Sensex bull also crossed 21000 mark but failed to close above it.Nifty gained 25.95 points and Sensex gained 71.69 points and ended at 20965.26.

Among BSE Sectoral Indices, Healthcare Index rose the most by 1.26% whereas Capital Goods was the only loser by nominal 0.06%
In Nifty50 stocks, Hindalco gained the most by 5.10% and ended at 238.Jindal Steel was the top loser by 0.53% and ended at 715.
Consecutively Coal India stood the top traded stock by traded value as well as number of shares traded on NSE.
Today, 1102 stocks gained while 266 stocks declined on NSE.
