Market ended flat.Nifty ended at 5441.70 losing 5.40 points while Semsex ended at 18142.06 with 30.77 points down.
Among the BSE Sectoral indices, Consumer Durable Index was the top gainer with 0.92% and Bankex was the top loser with 0.48%.
Tatamotors was the top gainer with 3.91% in the Nifty50.It ended at 894.70 after making a new 52 week high of 901.80.While Kotak Bank was the top loser by 1.52% and ended at 812.
Tatamotors was the top turnover stock while IFCI was the top traded stock in the form of traded quantity on NSE, today.
Overall market breadth was slightly negative as 705 stocks declined and 616 stocks gained today on NSE.
