Nifty opened flat at 4931 and started sliding on weak Asian Indices.It took supports thrice around 4880 level but on flat European market opening, it broke the immediate support of 4770 and marked the day's low at 4832.35 considering next support of 4824.At 15:30,Nifty closed at 4846.85 with 85 points down while Sensex closed at 16243.36 shedding 253 points.
BSE Realty was the major looser followed by Metal,IT and Auto.
247 stcoks were gainers while 1039 stocks were loosers on NSE today.
In Mid caps, Cummins made new 52 week high of 486.50.
Yesterday's listed Infinite computers recorded new high of 218 and closed at 211.6 gaining more than 10%.Among Nifty50 stocks gail gained by 3.35% followed by ONGC.Hindalco lost the maximum by 6% among Nifty50 loosers.
