Correction in Markets.Sensex dipped below 17k mark.Nifty below 5100 level.

As mentioned in previous blog, market ended with a correction.Nifty corrected from its recent high of 5217 to close today at 5087.3 with a drop of 126.1 points or 2.42%. Nifty will change the trend only above 5260 and 5324 with a consecutive closings. Sensex dropped by 370 points and ended at 16863.30.
All BSE Sectoral Indices closed in negative territory. Top loser was capital goods hit by 5.55% as Bhel dropped by 10.41% followed by L&T(5.37%).
In Nifty50 stocks, Bhel was the top loser by 11.33% and ended at 242.6 whereas Sunpharma was the top gainer today, up by 1.48% and ended at 536.60. Bhel was the turnover topper by the traded value and Suzlon by the traded quantity.
Advance/Decline ratio was negative as 1011 stocks declined and 381 stocks gained today on NSE.
