A volatile session ended with flat note.Nifty ended at 5602.75 with 1.25 points of loss while Sensex gained 12.66 points and ended at 18657.72.
Among BSE Sectoral Indices, Teck Index gained the most by 0.83% and Capital Goods Index stood the top loser with 0.70%.
In Nifty50 stocks, Bharti Airtel was the top gainer with 2.75% rise and ended at 353 whereas Reliance Capital was the top loser by 2.45% and ended at 775.40
State Bank of India was the turnover topper with the valuations and KRBL was the topper by number of shares traded on NSE today.
745 stocks gained and 599 stocks declined today on NSE.
