Market opened in positive and remained positive with lack of volatility. Nifty ended at 5521.90 with 58.75 points of gain and Sensex by 225.95 points which ended at 18448.62.
All BSE Sectoral Indices ended in positive.Teck Index was the major gainer by 1.97%
In Nifty50 stocks, Bhartiartl was the top gainer by 3.28% rise and ended at 335.10 whereas Cairn was the top loser by 1.80% and ended at 351.10
SBIN was the turnover topper by the traded value and IFCI was the most traded stock on NSE today.
Advance/Decline Ratio was positive as 913 stocks gained and 462 stocks declined today on NSE.
