Today market opened negative and remained negative for the whole day. Our market affected by mainly weak global cues and profit booking on yesterday's rally.
Nifty closed at 5130.60, down by 63 points and Sensex closed at 17125.42 with 205.13 points in negative.
All BSE Sectoral indices closed negative, worst was Metal index which was down by 2.92%.
M&M was the top gainer which closed at 561 gaining 1.33% whereas Idea plunged by 5.24% and closed at 59.70.
Advance / Decline Ratio was negative as 388 stocks gained and 913 stocks declined today on NSE.
